Route: Pen-y-Pass YHA - Glyder Fawr - Castell y Gwynt - Glyder Fawr - Llyn y Cwn - Cwm Padrig - Gwastadnant - Nant Peris
Notes: Early snow and sleet make walking conditions less pleasant, but after an hour the snow stopped and the clouds lifted, for a magnificent 360-degree view for tens of miles. Brisk winds brought temperatures down below freezing, making for brief stops once at the summit.
